At Beachwood Creek Farm we will work
with you to construct purchase terms which meet your specific
needs.
Nearly all breeders use a sales contract to document
the terms of each alpaca sold. We use the industry standard
forms recommended by AOBA which are very simple and straight
forward. Included here are samples of contracts we use for
the sale of pregnant and/or maiden females. While much of the
contract will be consistent from sale to sale, the terms of
each sale such as purchase price, down payment, installment
payments, breeding options and agistment arrangements, etc.
will differ based upon our agreement with you.
